Bakery on Main Rainforest Banana Nut Granola

bakeryonmainbanaGranola is convenient and versatile. Rolling out of bed to a bowl of granola is easy, and it’s also great having a few handfuls as a snack. You can even top it off on ice cream for that added crunch.

Bakery on Main Rainforest Banana Nut Granola is a delicious tropical combination of dried bananas, Brazil nuts and coconut, along with sunflower seeds, flax seed, and sesame seeds. It has a great balance of sweetness, with its crunchy clusters of corn flakes.

I wasn’t really a fan of dried bananas to begin with before trying this granola, and so in this case, I was okay without them. Yes, I’m the type that picks through trail mixes and leaves the leftover bits that are not my favorites. Although a bit high in calories, this granola is lower in sodium. And with the Brazil nuts, I found myself enjoying the sweet and salty combination very much.
